What you’ll learn

From zero to a real iGaming role.

Most courses teach theory. We teach the job — how deals work, how to manage partners, how to read the numbers operators actually care about.

01

How the money flows

Operators, affiliates, networks, deal models — the full picture in plain language.

02

The AM playbook

Day-to-day of an Affiliate/Account Manager: onboarding, comms, growth, disputes.

03

Reading the data

FTD, NGR, retention, fraud flags — what they mean and how to act on them.

Curriculum

The free course, lesson by lesson.

Three modules, ten lessons, one final task. Finish it and you’re ready for a junior role — and eligible for our talent pool.

MODULE 1

Industry foundations

01
How iGaming affiliate marketing works
The players — operators, affiliates, networks — and how each one makes money.
02
Deal models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
What each pays, when to use it, and why KPIs exist.
03
Verticals & GEOs
Casino, betting, nutra; the Tier map and why LatAm / Tier-2/3 matter.
MODULE 2

The Account / Affiliate Manager role

04
What an AM actually does
A realistic day-in-the-life and the metrics you own.
05
Partner onboarding & communication
First contact, expectations, and keeping partners active.
06
Reading reports
FTD, NGR, retention, approve rate, fraud flags — turning numbers into decisions.
07
Disputes, shaving & KPI conversations
How to handle the hard talks without burning the relationship.
MODULE 3

Tools & getting hired

08
Trackers & S2S postbacks
The concept every AM must understand — why tracking is trust.
09
Comms tools & Telegram etiquette
How this industry actually communicates, and how to look professional.
10
Final task + assessment
A real scenario. Pass it and you enter the Traffora talent pool.

Toolkit

Pro materials — the real templates.

Advanced students and talent-pool members get the actual working documents we use. Not theory — the same templates and scripts running the business.

Working templates below are provided in English — the industry standard for iGaming contracts and operator calls.

Template Outstaff contract pack +

Two lightweight agreements to run placements safely — even before you have a legal entity (crypto-settled). Adapt the bracketed fields.

A · Client Service Agreement (operator ↔ Traffora)
  • Scope: role(s) provided, seniority, working hours / timezone.
  • Rate & billing: [monthly rate] per specialist, invoiced [monthly, in advance], settled in [USDT / bank].
  • Replacement SLA: underperforming specialist replaced within [10 business days] at no extra cost.
  • Term & notice: rolling monthly, [15-day] written notice to end.
  • Confidentiality: mutual NDA covering data, players and commercial terms.
  • Non-solicit: client won't hire the specialist directly for [12 months] outside this agreement.
RATE: The Client pays Traffora [$X,XXX] per specialist per month, invoiced on the [1st] of each month, payable within [5] days. Work begins once the first invoice is settled.
B · Specialist Agreement (Traffora ↔ contractor)
  • Engagement: contractor provides [role] services to Traffora's client.
  • Pay: [amount] per month, paid [monthly] in [USDT], on [date].
  • NDA + non-circumvention: won't work with the client directly, bypassing Traffora.
  • Standards: KPIs, availability, reporting cadence, trial period [2–4 weeks].

Template only — not legal advice. Have a lawyer review before signing, especially once a legal entity (Estonia / Dubai) is in place.

Script First client call — discovery +

A 20-minute discovery-call structure to qualify an operator and land the next step. Goal of call one: understand their need and book a proposal — not to hard-sell.

1 · Open (1 min)
You"Thanks for the time. Quick agenda: I'll ask a few questions about your current setup and goals, then if it's a fit I'll come back with concrete rates and a plan. Sound good?"
2 · Qualify & discover (10 min)
  • "Which GEOs and verticals are you pushing hardest right now?"
  • "How are you acquiring today — in-house team, affiliates, networks?"
  • "Where's the bottleneck — traffic volume, traffic quality, or headcount?"
  • "On traffic: what KPIs define a good player for you — min deposit, retention?"
  • "On team: which roles are hardest to hire and keep?"
3 · Position (3 min)
You"Two things we do: performance traffic optimised to your real KPIs with full S2S transparency, and dedicated specialists we've already trained for iGaming. Based on what you said, [X] looks like the fastest win."
4 · Handle the trust question (3 min)
Them"How do I know your traffic is quality / your people are good?"
You"We're happy on RevShare or Hybrid — we only win if your players stay. And specialists start on a trial with a replacement guarantee. The risk sits with us, not you."
5 · Close to next step (2 min)
You"I'll send a short proposal with rates for [need] by [tomorrow]. If it works, we start small — one team member or one traffic test — and scale on results. Fair?"

Rule: every call ends with one concrete next step and a date. No "we'll be in touch."
